Horrific and toxic PSW’s. Especially on Maple. They get off on bullying young and new staffs. Left and never looked back less than a month from hire. So toxic that I couldn’t take it!!! Grandfathered PSW’s (without education), need to be replaced. They lack professionalism, knowledge of theory and IPAC.

The entire staff that greets you at the front entrance are rude and treat their guests in a very unprofessional manner. They are rude and do not make you feel welcomed there at all. I can only imagine how poorly they treat their seniors who live there, if this is the way the staff treats their guests.

You can tell the staff work hard, but it's a sinking ship. There is too many generals and the new owners are like the Martinos.

My mother has been at Strathhaven for 6 months and I am so happy with the care she has been given. They people are wonderful and its very well run, clean and most importantly the care is top notch.
