I got home from work and my downstairs AC was not working. My tech Brandon identified the problem in about 5 seconds and had it repaired in about 5 minutes. Knowledgeable, efficient, and he educated me about what was going on. Best of all it was still under warranty, he submitted the ticket and I had to pay a fair price for great service!

Scheduling an appointment was easy and the folks were courteous and professional. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. Used these guys for years and have been very satisfied.

Great experience in a hot situation! Called the after hrs number and was advised that someone would contact me in the morning. First thing the next morning got the call and was scheduled for service call same day. Service Tech Will was here by noon, and a hour later my unit was repaired. He explained everything, showed me why the unit was not operating correctly, explained the cost. Many thanks for quick response time all the way around. Would highly recommend Climate Masters Team to anyone needing HVAC services.

Will did an amazing job servicing my A/C. He was incredibly thorough and made sure everything was running efficiently. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to explain exactly what type of filters I should be using to keep the system in top shape moving forward. He is knowledgeable, professional, and honest.
