I can honestly truthfully say this is the worst building you could ever live in. I have been living here for 10 years, and in those ten years I have gone months without getting any response to my service requests - example: my AC cut out in May of 2015, and wasnt fixed until September of the same year, even though i asked multiple times. My toilet doesnt function properly and some times flood from the back tank. They have never once come to fix it except when the water leaked to the suite below us, and then the "professional staff" that came to help us only came into my suite without knocking and then had the nerve to accuse me of tampering with the toilet. His fix to my flooded bathroom and the carpet outside of the bathroom that was also drenched? "you should put some towels down on that" even though there already were towels. The information office staff only works once and month and is incredibly rude and full of it. They are never willing to fix anything, unless it directly affects the areas that potential renters will see. My sink is corroding, and they have done nothing about it even though i asked IN PERSON. I have heard many people in the building with the same complaint yet they do nothing about it. On top of the fact that the rent goes up without fail every 6 months, with nothing to show for it. Please don't waste your time renting from Boardwalk, or more specifically this residence or I promise you will find nothing more than disappointment, neglect from those few staff in the building that are PAID TO FIX THINGS and an empty wallet. 1 star because 0 isn't an option.
