Love this car wash! Been coming here since it was Classic Auto Spa and now that it’s White Water car wash there’s extra amenities and I absolutely love it.

If it could give zero stars I would. Didn't even get under my wheel wells
Didn't get the front end; didn't clean the rear
Had to go home and wash it all over - waste of money

I have a membership at this place and have been a customer for a long time. I normally go to the Carencro location because it’s 2 minutes from my work, but every time I go to this location I question the management. I arrived at 6:30 to find two of the wash areas closed. When I asked the worker Scott he was very sympathetic and apologized several times saying that his co worker instructed him to shut the area down because he was trying to go home. If they have employees that don’t want to work maybe they should be terminated before they lose multiple customers. Will not be back and considering canceling my membership.

Lost a customer. Go to Cajun Clean Carwash instead!!! I brought my multiples of personal vehicles and work vehicles here because it was close to home. They pressure you EVERY time to get the membership. Then they started insisting on getting my phone number. No, a car wash does not need my personal info. They usually let me continue without giving my number, but one guy got offended and demanded I leave the property if I don’t give them my number. I asked to see the manager, even though he was new, he claimed to be the manager. This is unnecessary complication just for a car wash. There’s absolutely no need for all this drama over a 5 minute service. I started going to CAJUN CLEAN carwash right down the road. Same style equipment and facilities.

10/10 love this car wash! I just got a new car and got a membership for the first time and I can say I love it. I always have a membership from now on! Staff is very friendly and there's so many different accessories to clean your car which I love!
