I bought a used car from Carvana and wanted to do my own independent vehicle inspection to dive into any potential problems that might go unnoticed during the seven day return window. Mango did a 109 point inspection and provided peace of mind that my new vehicle was definitely being delivered with a clean bill of health. Mango was easy to book an appointment online, honest and transparent in the process, thorough and modern with the report they generated including pictures and videos of different vehicle functions, and the whole thing was done in just a couple of hours on the same day I made the appointment. My husband and I we’re discouraged with Kia of Yuma for not finding the parasitic battery drain in 3 months so we took our car to Mango automotive and they found the problem asap we were so grateful but after being quoted over $900.00 my husband asked for the breakdown on parts and labor to replace 2 door handles 500 for door handles and 451 for labor so he called and said he could get the handles cheaper so she said let us know if your ordering your own so I can cancel my order so I did get them from genuine Kia parts for 1/2 price and let her know but here’s the kicker she
says we can’t repair your car if you order your own parts because it voids our 5 year warranty my husband said forget the warranty and fix my car but she said they couldn’t do this because you bought your own parts. Buyers beware this is an overpriced shop.

I had no idea what was wrong with my car or where to start and they were super patient, understanding and helpful. Crystal the lady at the front desk walked me through everything and explained it to me in a way I could understand. They are super affordable and have payment plans as well if need be. I had my car looked at and then brought it back so they could slowly start fixing everything that was wrong with it. I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs!

I took my Alfa Romeo Giulia several times to do the oil change and I have never had any other inconvenience, the same day they gave it to me, the only thing I would have to say is about the price since the first time they charged me 280 for the oil change and the second time only 100 dollars or less, by the way, the service and the attention is perfect.

As a first-time RV owner, I was honestly pretty anxious about trusting someone with my newly purchased (older) RV. Mango Automotive completely put my mind at ease. They did a thorough bumper-to-bumper inspection and helped diagnose an issue with my generator.

What really stood out was how transparent and educational they were. They shared photos, videos, and explained what was happening before doing any work, which helped me understand the repairs instead of just feeling like I was guessing.

They replaced a few maintenance items, serviced the generator, and walked me through how to properly maintain it going forward. Their honesty and patience meant a lot, especially as someone new to RV ownership.
