I am very disappointed with my experience at your store. My order was ready, but the employees refused to give it to me. They were very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was treated very poorly, and this kind of customer service is unacceptable.

This is a small location that is great for carryout orders! There is usually a little bit longer wait than the app tells you, maybe 5-10 minutes, but it is SO worth it! Regular stop for me ❤️ the team is also great at communicating with their customers and are super kind 😊 love this place!

This is the closest wingstop to my house. I have never had a good experience. The manager is rude majority of the time. They are ALWAYS slow or late with your order. If the app says it’ll be 7-11 minutes…. prepare for atleast an hour wait. It’s not even the fact that the food is slow…. it’s the fact that they don’t communicate. Everyone just looks around like they’re mute. Terrible terrible location. (The only positive is the taller teenager who works here. Always excellent food quality, service, & hospitality. Maybe that kid should be running this place!?)

Horrible experience, I ordered a very large order for my daughter’s birthday party and I ordered it two days in advance for Pickup on Saturday at 3:00 pm. When I got there, nobody greeted , and once I give them my name, I had to wait 30 more minutes to even get the order which delayed my daughter told party and caused me to lose a portion of time I paid for at her event. Wasn’t ready until 3:36 pm

I have ordered from this location multiple of times due it being close to where I live. Order carryout online.Got home open bag to find my fries with no cover at all and just sitting on top of the wings lucky that was covered. I worked in multiple restaurants and understand mistakes can happen but this unacceptable.
