I have never used this company before, but they were very impressive. They don’t take advantage of you. They go directly to what the problem is ordered the part we waited a week that was not bad. Got it. Replaced wonderful service with Cody. We will be calling on them again.
Thank you, Albert and Reva H.

So professional, best company with the best prices out there. From start to finish, called in and were same day service with completion. I thought it would take at least the next day to finish since Amazon completely derailed my garage door. Now it’s working like new. I will call you if I ever have any issues. Thank for the same day service.

Javier came out to my home to give me an estimate on getting both of my doors working. After picking out my package he came back the next day to install my motors and adjust my door. Everything was completed fast and efficiently.

The tech that was sent out was great. I just wish that when the first tech came out to repair my door would have installed it correctly because I had told him that there were times the sun shined on the west sensor and the door wouldn’t close unless we shaded it. He said that the new sensors wouldn’t do that. Well he was wrong. To change it and do it right would have cost me $315. I chose to buy some sensor protectors instead. Cost only $7.
Also this could have been told to me over the phone instead of sending out a tech that charged me $60.

Adryan was super friendly, made conversation while waiting on the equipment to pair. The company had to reschedule us a few times due to the technician being caught up on a larger job but they communicated well and waived our service fee for the inconvenience. However, the company OGD is significantly overpriced. Originally quoted us $255 just to diagnose the problem. We declined and the technician called his boss. $200…we declined, he called his boss. Got the price down to $149 and we finally agreed. The issue ended up being something so small that took 5 minutes to pair to the opener.
