He received his medical school degree at Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine and then trained in general surgery at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of The Vascular Access Society of the Americas (VASA). Dr. Brewton is experienced in all aspects of general surgery with a dedicated special interest in dialysis access. He has taken care of thousands of patients in the region and beyond. Dr. Brewton has remained dedicated to surgery and treatment of dialysis patients, providing an individualized approach to each dialysis patient.
