Being in a relatively urgent situation, the service I received from Bouchard Plumbing was phenomenal. Yves listened carefully to my needs and even took the time to come himself to help with the installation of certain parts, even though he was expected elsewhere. His human and respectful approach meant that, even with both feet in the ground, I felt confident that the situation would be resolved once and for all. His employee who carried out the work was highly experienced and very professional. Highly recommended to everyone.

A blocked drain (kitchen sink) between the 3rd and 2nd floors was quickly resolved. The plumber arrived within two hours of the call.
Excellent service. Courteous and helpful with information for future maintenance.
The bill was very reasonable.
I highly recommend them.

Dishonest plumber who will come out for nothing, charging you for travel expenses and much more. No way to communicate with him, and he's unresponsive. But he's always happy to cash checks! Avoid him!
