Working with Built Different Restoration has been a consistently strong business partnership. Their operational reliability stands out—schedules are met, communication is clear and proactive, and commitments are followed through without the usual follow-ups or delays that can slow down joint projects.

From a contractor’s perspective, that level of transparency and accountability makes coordination straightforward and reduces friction on shared jobs. They manage their side of the work professionally, which allows us to keep our own timelines intact and deliver results to clients.

Overall, they have proven to be a dependable partner that prioritizes execution and clear processes. I will continually and readily recommend them to any and all of our customers.

I called Built Different Restoration based on some anecdotal recommendations from other Airbnb hosts. Prior to them coming out to me everything was explained clearly to me in terms of their process. Although there was some confusion about the day they were actually booked to come out to my property, they handled it so professionally and got someone out to me within 15 minutes. Once they finished their inspection, they called me with their findings and very clearly outlined what they checked and what they recommended. It turns out there was no water damage found in my home and I found it extremely refreshing that they didn't try to upsell me on anything and I really appreciated their honesty and communication. I will definitely keep them in mind and would recommend this company should I need their services again.

As a fellow local business owner in the graphics and signage industry, I really respect the way this company is run. I know the owner personally and he operates with a high level of integrity and professionalism. In industries where customers are often dealing with stressful situations, it matters to work with people you can trust. This is a company that clearly cares about doing things the right way. As they rebrand to Built Different Restoration, I know they will continue to provide the same level service to their customers.

We had an excellent experience with this company. From the beginning, their team was incredibly professional, thorough, and respectful of our home. They identified the issue quickly, communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and handled everything with care and attention to detail.

The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the space looking spotless. Both staff members we interacted with were kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

Bob, the owner, deserves special mention. He is refreshingly honest and transparent, and you can tell he truly cares about doing things the right way. It’s rare to find that level of integrity in a service industry.
We’re so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy restoration team.
