Outstanding experience. I've been into the shop before and had a great experience but this was my first service experience where I had new tires put on my vehicle. Everyone was super professional, knowledgeable and responsive to questions.
Highly recommend Caspers Discount Tire!

Great store and excellent service! I live in Oklahoma but was in Casper, WY visiting family and needed my tires rotated and balanced. The store here treated me like I was one of their best customers. Thanks Discount Tires!

Very quick and efficient, honest about repairs and honesty is the first thing they focus on. They are willing to check things out like a friendly neighbor would, and thats what led me to purchase my tires with them. They were mounted quick and i was put the door in 20 minutes. I will use them as exclusively!

Never really expected to be wowed by the service at a tire shop, but my experience at this location has made an impression. Bought tires for my daughter’s car, and was greeted in the parking lot as I pulled in, they had me checked in and the vehicle taken back in minutes. Very professional, and service was completed quickly.

She ended up getting a nail in a tire about a month later and the experience was the same. Prompt, professional, and again didn’t even have to step foot inside as I was greeted in the parking lot, and they quickly took care of everything at no charge.

I will be bringing all of my vehicles here for tires from now on.

Highly recommend! Fast yet efficient work with a great team. Excellent costumer service. I've been to Discount Tire all over the country and this is one of the best. Glad they finally brought one to Casper. Thank you guys for all your hard work.
