I wish we had one of these where I live, instead of a Burger Factory that charges $11 for two tiny chicken strips on a bun.

I ate here after a concert at History, and went in because I’d remembered it being recommended to me in the past. I’m glad that I did.

I ordered the hot n’ honey chicken sandwich (plain) with fries, and didn’t realize I could have gotten a drink for $1 more. Both were really good, so I ordered another sandwich. The second one was cooked a bit more, and was so hot it was hard to eat for a while, but that’s not a bad thing.

The service was good, and the people working there were nice.

The bathrooms were locked, but they unlocked them for us. The floor was a bit dirty in the kitchen, but it looked pretty clean otherwise.

This is one of the best fast food places I’ve been to. I’d go back if it were close to me.

Had a craving for a hot dog, saw a sign in their window promoting hot dog, popped in. There were several Uber Eats drivers waiting for orders, so I waited several minutes for my order to even be take.

Given how busy it seemed they were and with only 2 staff, I ask how long it would take for a hot dog with extra onions and side of fries - 10mins I was told. Long enough for a simple order but I was willing to wait.

22 mins later I receive my order. As the bag was handed to me, the guy took it bag to double check the "extra onion" portion was there. He confirmed and passed me the bag.

The picture shows what I saw when I opened the bag at home. The only redeeming quality was that the dog tasted good - after I added ketchup, relish, and my own damn crispy onions.

Too few staff for the order volume, too little (and incorrect) communication from staff, and terrible quality control on food out the door.

I am on a quest to find that NYC cheeseburger 🍔 taste in Toronto. Burger priest gets you 85% there. Very close. Very passable. I will be back! The team is amazing - service is 👍 polite, attentive, speedy Gonzales :)) thank you for having us!! Burgers disappeared too quickly - we got Vatican and Purist. I would also recommend Purist OG. Vatican might be an overkill for most :)

Really delicious burgers and fries! Everything was hot, fresh and made to order. The pricing and quality of the food was great! Our server, Maria, was so sweet and friendly: She greeted us warmly when we entered and when we let her know we needed time to look over the menu (as it was our first time here) she happily told us to take our time and didn't seem annoyed that we were unsure what to get. Once we were ready to order she immediately jumped right back into helping us and was so friendly and pleasant! The restaurant itself was clean with lots of seating for customers. I will definitely be back!
