I checked out as Guest on purpose that I avoid having opened an account on this website and at the end of the processing I was forced to register with a password otherwise I couldn't buy. This practice is dishonest and deceitful.

I used to be a steady customer of Grand and Toy in the Kingsway Mall, and then when they moved downtown I have tried to find another place to go to instead of going downtown since I hate going down there. In the mall, the staff and mgt were totally proficient, made customers comfortable, yet not over pushing customers. I wished they were still in the Kingsway Mall, but for reasons they moved downtown.
As time goes by, I want to say that I continuously miss this store, and to receive equal reception is hard to find.
