Key was fantastic. I had a severe case of "pop ups" on my phone. They were even blocking my phone calls. Total frustration. I found myself at Ubreakifix early Saturday and waited patiently on my turn. Key was total professionalism. She greeted every one that walked through the door and gave us the assurance we would be taken care of. I watched as she dealt with every issue we had, and then it was my turn. She quickly showed me what my problem was, and had it fixed in short order. Thank you so much Key, you are my phone angel. Awesome service!!

Sam and Kyle are definitely great guys. I called ubreakIfix when my screen cracked and they brought me in immediately for an instant repair. I had my phone back within an hour. Highly recommend 10 out of 10. Best customer service around Orlando.
