I visited this restaurant and ordered several items. Unfortunately, one of the dishes was not acceptable. It had a very strong, unpleasant smell similar to rotten eggs, and the chicken was extremely chewy and rubbery.
I informed the server about the issue, and she acknowledged the problem and agreed to replace the dish. She took the food away from our table and discarded it in the trash.
A short while later, the manager came to our table and told us that the dish could not be replaced. We were willing to accept that decision and did not argue about it. However, what happened next was extremely disturbing. The manager brought the discarded food back from the trash to our table and told us to eat it, explaining that because we had already tasted the dish, they could not replace it.
We were not asking for anything unreasonable. We were simply concerned about the quality and smell of the food and had already accepted that a replacement would not be provided. Bringing food back from the trash and asking customers to eat it was completely unacceptable and very disappointing.
This experience was not only about the food quality, but also about how the situation was handled by the management.

BEST THAI FOOD IVE HAD. I didn’t even know this place exists but so good and affordable. Better than all the thai chains that over price everything.

The food is really good. I came with 1 other person and I got a Pina Colada which was really good. My guest got Nunu’s Punch which just tasted like beer with more alcohol added (we didn’t really like it much) we got Calamari as a starter and when it was time to order main dishes we got one of the Pad Thai with chicken and a Pineapple fried rice with chicken. They give you a decent amount of food so we both just shared all the dishes. The pad Thai was absolutely phenomenal with the chicken. I also really enjoyed the Pineapple fried rice, it’s not like some other pineapple fried rice’s I’ve had where the entire dish tastes like pineapple. It’s basically just fried rice with pineapple, I actually liked how I could just eat some normal fried rice if I wanted or have it with a piece of pineapple. Some other places put pineapple juice in the actual rice which I don’t really like because then every bite ends up tasting like pineapple but the pineapple fried rice at Nunu’s had a really good balance of normal fried rice flavor and pineapple. I will definitely be coming back.

I visited for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The service was solid, and I appreciated the display of traditional Thai artifacts along with the impressive central bar. The Hoi Jor was delicious, and the Pad Thai lived up to expectations.
I look forward to returning to explore more of the enticing Thai dishes on the menu.

I had been here months ago, how could I have forgotten to leave a review? The restaurant was packed at lunch time. We were seated right away, quite a cozy place bigger than what it seemed from the outside. Food was good, not too spicy (catering more to the general palates, I could have asked for amped up spice level). I ordered curry. Service was good, I don't recall to have to wait long nor having to complain about needing the glass of water refilled. Peaked my interest, will definitely go back to try other menu selections.
