Staff are friendly but poor quality service. Brought my HP laptop there for repair coz their ads say that easytech will fix my problem. Dropped it off on a Thursday morning and never recieved a call for follow till I called them on a Monday nite and finally the technician told me that it might be the harddrive. Bought the hard drive and took it to them the next day, Tuesday. No follow up again until I phoned on a Thursday afternoon. Now they're saying it's the mother board. The tech said some specialist will come the next day Friday to look at it coz it's a problem way over their capacity. I checked on it on a Saturday and found out from another tech that nobody worked on it and the main technician that I was speaking to the whole time was not around. This was day 9 that they have my laptop. Did you see the trend? You won't know anything till clients called coz even if they say they will phone, They never did so I worry at home. I decided to pull it out from them coz I lost trust and I would not recommend that repair department. They failed communicating the problem and I didn't think they care about customer service. I should havehad a red flag already since day 1 coz at that time they were having issues with their own computer system. The till is not printing out some forms that supposedly I needed to sign prior to the repair. It had a long wait, again. I never had a chance to sign any of it. Even the store manager was trying to fix it.Good luck to them.
