This is a very tidy and secure facility at a very convenient and accessible location. My business partner and I were very impressed with the manager Gracie. Her professionalism was admirable and she had us set up with our storage unit in no time at all. Would absolutely recommend for self storage.

This facility was great. Always clean, easily accessible, and the staff (Gracie) was attentive and always made sure to get back to us with any questions we had. Highly recommended.

Zelisha was friendly and quite helpful with getting me set up and everything, and the unit looked solid - 10x20 is bigger than I visualized it as! Great price, too! Shopped around and got the best deal here, would do it again!

Cubesmart is a very clean, secure building. Gracie gave me great service from the time I came in to rent the space until the time I moved out. She is very friendly, professional and personable.

This Cubesmart location was exceptionally cheap. I used to have my belongings at the one on lake Mead and tenaya. They doubled my rent one day and after searching for a cheaper location I found this one.
It's a little out of the way(no close freeway access) but the price is worth it.
The place is always clean and since it's out of the way, it feels very secure(I never saw any issues like broken into units, while at the other location I saw it plenty of times). Management was always available, so if I had any issues they were very quick to help. The only reason I can't give a full 5 stars is because in this 3 floor location there's literally only 3 carts. If you come in the morning, be aware you may have to carry all of your belongings to where they're going.
My other issue was that there's pretty often something broken. You may not be able to access the building from the front cause the keypad is broken, so you have to go through the gate. Or the gate keypad is broken, so you have to go through the front door. Small inconveniences, but they are there. Other than that, I do not regret staying here. I'm moving out after a year and a half as I have bought a house, and if I had not, I would probably still be staying here. Gracie, the manager, was the best part 👍🏽
