Scheduled an estimate to be done after the wind tore shingles off the roof of my garage. The guy comes says he can do a quick fix for $750 on both my house and garage roof to keep things okay until they can get started on the real work. I accept and then never receive an invoice for $750 or a proper quote for the work so I could send it off to my insurance company.

Every time I call to inquire they say they’ll get back to me and I hear nothing. Well the quick fix didn’t do much since my garage roof is leaking and it’s supposed to be raining all week.

I thought since they’d been in business so long and had a good Google rating they would be more professional and do good work but I was clearly wrong. I do not recommend this company.

National Star just replaced the roof for our house. Overall, the job they did was outstanding. They took care of all the details that we requested and all the little things that we overlooked. They worked on the house as if it was theirs. And for that we will call them again if needed in the future for any outside work. A small family owned business that conducts business with very high level of workmanship, honesty and integrity.

After our rainy spring and summer, I had developed three leaks in the house. It was determined that my aging roof needed to be replaced. National Star Roofing won as they were able to replace the roof this year rather than next. They came in on a Monday morning, and were finished Tuesday afternoon. There was no evidence of their
being here, zero debris around the house. I was very impressed by their professionalism, keeping me informed along the way, and completing the job in a very short time. And a big bonus in that I had the hail proof shingles installed, and after informing my insurance company of this, received almost a 20% discount on my insurance rate going forward.
Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Nacional Star Roofing.

I had a great experience with the crew from National Star Roofing. They showed up right on time, worked super hard, and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the results. They made sure every detail was addressed, and the job site was spotless by the end. Not even a scrap left behind and you'd never believe the roofing work had just been done. I've already started planning more projects with them and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone in need of roofing work.

National Star did a wonderful job! We experienced hail damage and needed to replace our old roof. Alex and his team did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. He helped with material selections and even fixed problems that we were not aware of on our original roof, adding additional roof vents that the home builders failed to put in.

This team goes above and beyond. They are a family run business and they give you experienced and honest service which is very rare to find in contractors these days. This is truly a 5 star company and the work we received was top quality.
