Phone delivered back to them Aug 11 — then silence
Bought a Sony Xperia 1 VII on January 9, 2026 from MI4Canada (CAD $1,723.40). Defective power button. Two consecutive defective units. After a formal notice they sent a prepaid label. Canada Post shows delivered August 11, 2026 at 11:31. Follow-up emails on Aug 10, 18 and 21. No confirmation of receipt, no inspection update, no replacement, no refund. They have had the phone since August 11 and stopped answering.
Do not buy from them if you may need warranty support.
I have retained the full email correspondence, proof of delivery on August 11, 2026, and all written follow-ups.
