I went to print a poster and was charged their 1hr express fee simply because they had a large volume of orders. The express fee is meant to be applied for printing less than an hour. I did not need express printing. I did not ask for express printing. I did not RECEIVE express printing. The volume of orders is irrelevant. I should not have been charged for express printing when I did not ask for it or get it. Sales staff were unhelpful and unfriendly.

I have always used Staples to print out important documents for school projects and also for when I do presentations, wonderful quality, amazing staff, great prices, and if there is a mistake (even on my own side) they are more than happy to help fix it.
