My earrings turned black overnight after a year and a half having them (hadnt been in water, not on any weird substances, just overnight rusted, was so weird!)

So I took them in and told them what happened and they replaced them completely free of charge. I didnt expect that at all! I was honestly so pleased with the customer service and will definitely be shopping here again because of this :)

Disappointing Experience on Mother’s Day

Originally, I had a frustrating and disappointing experience during a Mother’s Day visit. I was ignored upon entering, given the wrong item, and felt dismissed when I returned to resolve the issue. It was upsetting, especially given the nature of the purchase.

However, I’m happy to update my review after being contacted by Customer Service. They were professional, attentive, and sincerely apologetic. They took my concerns seriously and worked to make things right. I plan to enjoy the earrings I purchased, and I appreciate the effort to restore my trust.

Mistakes happen, but how a company responds matters—and in this case, their follow-up was excellent. I’m grateful for the resolution and wanted to reflect that in my updated rating.

Such an amazing store with a wide selection of fine jewelry! The staff were so nice and helpful. I got an 18k gold plated necklace for a good price, and want to come again!
