A year ago I got a different stove from a different company and the experience was a disaster! Working with Ryan Uzzo was a pleasure. He was attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. The order and delivery process was fantastic and speedy and the install team they sent was beyond compare. This was a 10 out of 10 experience.

Alex (the technician) was very polite, professional and good at diagnosing the issue with our Bosch refrigerator. Parts were ordered, and an appointment was rescheduled. Alex arrived on time and got our refrigerator working like new. I highly recommend Don’s Appliances primarily due to the exceptional service and communication they provide.

I purchased a new LG washer and I am EXTREMELY happy with my experience at Don’s. I’ll try to keep this short but I truly could go on with my experience here.

I walked in having no idea what I wanted - I had a budget and a few recommendations of washers I should NOT get based off of friends experiences, but truly had no idea which brand to go with. Cortney (who isn’t even in sales anymore) helped me and my mom as soon as we got there. She answered any and all questions we had and it truly felt like she wanted me to leave with the right washer FOR ME and not just selling us whatever was the most expensive. I’m so glad she was our girl because she went above and beyond. I also own a business where I need to wash towels and sheets daily so I needed this washer ASAP. She walked me through so many washers and we finally narrowed it down to a black LG top loader with an agitator. This was everything I wanted in a washer and they had it in stock for a quick delivery - which I desperately needed for my business.

The checkout process was so easy. Scheduling the delivery was so easy - and they ended up moving my delivery appointment around to their first stop so I could be home for it and not have to wait an extra day. It was literally delivered the next day at 8am.

The delivery guys were top notch. I want to say the guys name was maybe Eduardo?? That’s what showed up on my phone when he called so I hope that’s right. Him and his partner were lovely, very professional, and QUICK. They removed my old washer through the back of the house (while also needing to remove my back door because my old washer was too big) and had the new washer installed and ready to go within maybe 20 minutes.

Overall 10/10 experience and I’m so happy with my new washer. Honestly, I might be secretly hoping my dryer dies so I can go back soon and get the matching dryer haha!

Don’s Appliances in Crafton is great. Just bought an house and read their positive reviews. Alyssa was my sales person and she patiently answered ALL my questions and made sure I got the best price for my appliance. Bryce and Daniel were the installers for my Bosch dishwasher and they were phenomenal! Went above and beyond. I wish more stores would hire caring people like them. Hard workers, professional, polite and respectful. All three employees made sure I was happy with my purchase.
I will definitely be back for my next appliance purchase thanks to them and the sale prices of quality brand appliances sold at Don’s Appliances. A++ experience

We have dealt with Don's Appliance a couple of times now. Each time has been extremely smooth and easy. The showroom personnel have been great and helpful, answering any and all questions. The delivery has been the next day and the delivery/installation guys have been courteous, efficient and go out of their way to make sure everything is correct before they leave. Thank You so much!
