They did a really terrible job of installing everything. The side and overhead portions were only tacked into place and never screwed in properly with any screws. ThYou cannot replace the rubber portion.

Pure hot garbage. They don't have spare parts for their equipment. Cannot perform safety repairs for their equipment. Waste of time. Better off going to a reputable business. This one is a pass.

Spent three day at Blue Giant last week for Blue Giant university training.Probably one of the best trading experiences I have had. The 2 trainers Gerard and Trevor made the course ,added real like experience. They created a very good environment makeing everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend the training

This company really doesn't take care of their customers. If you are unfortunate enough to own a piece of their equipment and ever need parts for it, better to go to a third party. Price will be same or better with 3rd party, but Blue Giant will also slap on an extra 25% restocking fee if you need to return any extra unused parts.
