This place was great! They were able to get data from my broken phone that both Verizon and Geek Squad said was lost. Very professional and knowledgeable. If I ever need tech assistance again, I will definitely go here.

This place was the best! I came in straight from work stressed about my screen being blown out earlier that day and they immediately took it back, gave me a 2 hour time estimation, then finished in under 90 min fully repairing it back to new! I left with my phone in hand, perfectly fixed and clean. I highly recommend this place over the Apple Store or any other store for quality, customer service, AND pricing. I was able to just sit on my laptop and read while they did it! 10/10

I went into uBreakiFix with a broken camera on my iPhone 15 Pro. They charged me $269 with tax to repair my camera and assured me it was using OEM parts and would be certified. My general expectation with that was that the camera quality would be good with that repair.

We received a text to go pick up the phone, and upon arrival, I noticed the camera showed a lot of spots when trying to take a picture (example attached). The man at the front desk said they had tried to contact us to let us know there would be debris under the lens, but we received no text with that information. When we pushed back saying this was an unacceptable repair, he had no response or any form of resolution. Only after further pushing did he go to the back and bring out the technician, Chris.

Chris confirmed he had in fact not reached out to let us know about the debris, as he was “too busy” and elected to move forward with a repair that made the device worse than before. I told him that had anyone called to let me know that would be the quality of repair, I would have said to cancel the repair altogether, which was met with not much more than a shrug. I also told him as a customer, I’d rather him take a little longer and go through all the proper steps, like calling the customer with this type of info, and he didn’t seem to appreciate that feedback much.

When further pushed on the situation, he said he could put the old back plate back on, which would potentially make the phone worse off than it was when I brought it in. Through all of this, he was rude and seemed generally irritated that we were there. We elected to have him undo the poor work he had done, and when I asked about processing the refund, he sarcastically said he would just “press a button”. Interestingly enough, when he put my old backplate back on, the spots are almost fully gone.

Generally would not recommend using uBreakiFix due to their poor poor customer service.

Billy was polite and professional from start to finish. Great technician who gave me step by step reassurance regarding the claim, the repair and helping with any issues that may have occurred. Billy completed the repair in a timely manner and was willing to go the extra mile for me. I am very appreciative of Billy and his great customer service! Highly recommend!
