Exceptional service and incredible patience! I brought my device into uBreakiFix and was helped by Amir, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed with his level of customer service. We ran into a complication with the Samsung warranty process, but Amir went completely out of his way to help us navigate it and find a solution.

Not only did he resolve the main issue, but he took the extra time to thoroughly check the device, remove a bunch of unnecessary and malicious apps that were acting like malware, and looked through everything to ensure it was running smoothly. On top of that, he gave us some fantastic tips and advice for the future.

Amir was incredibly patient, took his time explaining everything, and made a stressful tech situation completely stress-free. If you need honest, dedicated, and top-notch service, ask for Amir. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an outstanding experience at uBreakiFix, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Amir for providing some of the best customer service I’ve received anywhere. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully inspect my device, explained exactly what was wrong in a way that was easy to understand, and went over all of my repair options without making me feel pressured.

What really stood out was how patient and honest he was throughout the entire process. Instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive repair, Amir genuinely wanted to help me find the best solution for my situation. He answered every question I had, kept me updated on the progress, and made sure I understood what to expect before the repair even started.

The repair itself was completed much faster than I expected, and my phone looked and worked like it was brand new. Everything was tested thoroughly before I left, and Amir even gave me helpful tips on protecting my device and preventing future damage. His attention to detail and commitment to quality really show that he takes pride in his work.

It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. Amir made what could have been a stressful experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. Employees like him are a huge asset to uBreakiFix, and he’s exactly the kind of person who builds trust and keeps customers coming back.

If you need a phone, tablet, or computer repaired, I highly recommend asking for Amir. He goes above and beyond to make sure customers leave satisfied. Five stars isn’t enough—he absolutely deserves recognition for the exceptional work he does every day.

i went to fix my back cameras for my samsung flip 7 a couple days ago. When I first went, they said they didn't have the parts and would need to order them, which I said was fine since that wasn't their fault. I was told to call tuesday and that a part would be reserved for me since I came in earlier. Tuesday came and I called to confirm the parts had arrived and called to tell them I'd be coming in today to get my phone fixed. I go today and find out that they have the parts at another location and there were none reserved for me. I am a student and have no car, so I had to take an hour's bus ride to go to their Lake forest location to get my parts fixed. However, because of the mishap at this location, i had to leave my phone overnight since it was so close to closing. I'm writing this because this could've easily been fixed through communication between locations and management, especially when I was told that I would have parts reserved for me. However, when I showed up, nothing was done and I had wasted an entire afternoon when I could've been using that time to fix my phone and do other things.

Called ahead and was quoted $35 to replace my Fold6 inner screen protector. Drove almost an hour to get here, only to be told it would actually cost over $100.

Manager claimed the "$35" was a monthly plan ($39/month, minimum 2 months), which was never explained on the phone. No apology — just blamed it on an “inexperienced” staff member.

Why should customers pay for your staff’s mistakes?

This felt very misleading. Wasted my time and gas. Would not recommend.
