We’ve rented our home through them for the past several years and our experience with them has been fantastic.

Every time we needed their assistance, they have been swift to assist and escalate concerns to the home owners.

They also do a great job of holding both the home owners, and the tenants accountable. Fresno Property Management is consistent with their home inspections and do a good job on their follow-through with anything that fails their inspections.

I highly recommend Fresno Management Company.

I'm at tenant, I have seen many changes at my apartment complex. If anything it's the lack of communication and fixing things that need to be fixed, it's the way they run there company shady, backwards no wonder they keep getting sued! When they lie and do crooked things people find out and it's not a good reputation.

Salina, From Fresno Management has the best customer service manners. She’s attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Quick to get the needs of her clients. I truly appreciate her.

Fresno Management Company has been managing our Fresno properties for over 10 years, and we would certainly recommend them to other property owners.
Paul Gestic leads a good team of professionals, and our property manager, Summer Evans, is very easy to work with.
When difficulties arise... as they always will, they have been resolved quickly and we believe our tenants have been well cared for.
If you are looking for a property management company I sincerely suggest you consider using them.

I rent from FMC, I usually deal with Kristen R, she is awesome, always tend to my tedious questions with no issues. I always have a quick response and to the point, she is always on it. Maintenance is always helpful with timing and accommodating love that. At first of course we were skeptical, we thought okay we will do it for just a year because everything was much smaller than we were used to, smaller property, smaller backyard and of course a smaller kitchen than I would have liked. But it turned out to be very homey, the neighbors are quiet, respectful and very polite. And with great staff support we love it. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 thanks FMC for making this an experience
