Dan...at your scottsdale and Shea location is why I continue to stay at this location. I've been a Diamond member for over 20 years and have been staying all over the Valley at Best Western. However....I will continue cone here... for a couple reasons... Dan is amazing! He makes me feel important and welcome! Rory the bartender has also been very nice to me and always makes me feel welcome! Be sure you keep these people! Dan and Rory! Awesome people!

My favorite hotel in Scottsdale ! 5 stars across the board. This place has everything from the location and being right of the 101 and Shea to the cleanliness of the entire property including the lobby, pool area, bar and first class rooms. I love the fact that after a long day out in the heat seeing customers, I can pop in to the bar and see familiar faces. Rob, the bar/ restaurant manager, always goes above and beyond with friendly and exceptional service ! I have truly never been to a hotel where I felt so welcomed by the entire staff . I always look forward to coming here when I’m in town for business or pleasure. Highly recommend !!

Came out for a last minute girls trip. This Best Western is a diamond in the rough. The staff is super nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bartenders Dan and Rob were so nice. I missed my flight and they made it a priority to help me regroup, extend my room and rental. These two are too kind! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This hotel could be rated a five star hotel! The room was as good as a five star room. We did not have any food, so I cannot comment on that. The location was perfect. You can drive to just about anywhere in Phoenix in 25 minutes from this location. So pleased with this hotel. We did have a shared patio and I had asked for a room with our own coverd patio. I didn't argue about that, the peopke were too nice at check in. If we are ever in Phoenix/Scottsdale again we will definitely stay at the Aiden Best Western!

Not bragging, because it's not the most fun, but I have stayed in 30+ hotels in Phoenix and the surrounding area over the last 5 years. I'm astonished that I never came across the Aiden, particularly because I sometimes book directly through the Best Western app.

When looking to stay in Scottsdale this week, the Aiden popped up, had great reviews, and came in at the right price. I booked and could not have been more impressed.

Even before arriving, I received a very thoughtful communication from the property because I had requested that I have a room with a bathtub if they had one. They called and offered to let me cancel outside the cancellation window since they didn't have bathtubs on the property. I kept my reservation.

The parking lot was well-lit and on a quiet street, though near a number of food options. The front desk personnel were absolutely lovely, despite my checking in relatively late at night. The rooms and common areas are really impressive for a Best Western (that is not a Best Western Plus). There's even a cute little area outside where smokers can sit out of others' way.

I didn't get to check out the gym or pool but am sure I'll stay here again given their kindness and flexibility. Thanks to everyone who made my stay great!
