It’s something I feared since a child so kudos to them on changing that for me by just being helpful and reassuring💜

WOW! I am blown away by the awesome people in this office. I was nervous about having to change dentists to one closer to home/work, after seeing the same dentist for years. But, the staff at this office were so kind and helpful, and Dr. Brown has the best demeaner I've ever had in a dentist. I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed, and they take time to explain procedures to me and answer all questions. Highly recommend!

I always have such a great experience! The two staff members who took care of me were incredibly kind and professional. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and I genuinely enjoyed my visit.

My only observation is that there was a lot of plastic used during the appointment—it felt like everything was wrapped! 😄 I completely understand that sterilization and patient safety come first, but I hope the office can find ways to reduce waste where possible in the future. Save the turtles!!!

ZERO STARS - Service and communication very poor. General cleaning should be fully covered through insurance. Front desk made it seem like nothing was covered at all and came up with a ridiculous quote of over $1000. This amount had many add ons that I did not ask for. After I said I wasn’t paying that somehow a copay of $52 appeared. Now I have a bill for $1800 after refusing the add on services. Like others are saying they’re promoting the $60 first time cleaning but somehow a big bill appears. My visit was about 3 hours for a basic cleaning. I will never return and regret the experience to the fullest.

I am so grateful to have found this practice and Dr. Dubois!!! This was my first time here and A part of my molar broke off and I needed to be seen asap.
From scheduling, pricing and any assistance Ryan the front desk coordinator was incredibly compassionate and went above and beyond. The whole staff at this practice went ABOVE AND BEYOND, including the doctor!
Dr. Dubois is very knowledgeable, personable and she took the time to make me feel heard and not judged, she personally coordinated with another practice on my behalf. While performing my cavity clean out and molar enlay, she was so gentle, patient and fast. I HAVE FOUND MY DENTIST!!!
THANK YOU Antoinette for being so caring and assisting me with whatever I needed. your communication and crafted drilling of the 3D print goes beyond appreciated. She even escorted me out the door to make sure I got to my car okay as I am confined to walking with a walker while awaiting spine surgery. I can’t thank you all enough and I’m so happy to have found a home for my teeth that I can regularly rely on!!!
