The best body shop I have ever been to.. And I have been to lots over the years. The office staff, mechanics, and even the guys keeping the yard clean... Extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all they cared, genuinely wanted to help!! They made the whole process of repair effortless on my end and I couldn't be happier with the work done. They even assisted with arranging my rental vehicle. Great Communication and honesty, and they fully stand behind their work with a warranty. If I am ever in this type of situation again (banged up suv) I know exactly who I will be dealing with!! Thank you to everyone at Kingston Collision, what an amazing team of caring professionals!

Kingston Collision did an excellent job repairing damage from being rear-ended. They did a walk-in quote for me and made the entire process very easy and stress free. Kevin was incredibly helpful and friendly. Strongly recommend them, impossible to tell there was damage at all!

Outstanding service! I made a next day appointment at Kingston Collision for my brand new car after noticing some scratches on the driver door. Warren came out, took a look, and said “Give me a few minutes.” About 15 minutes later, he brought my car back completely scratch free and freshly washed.
When I asked what I owed, he said “No Charge.” I was genuinely impressed by his honesty, professionalism and skill. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. I highly recommend Kingston Collision to anyone looking for quality work and people who truly care about their customers. Thank you Warren.

Kingston Collision staff were very professional in their dealings with myself, my insurance company and the car rental place. They completed their estimate and got the work approved with my insurance company within 4 business days from the time I dropped my car off. They ordered parts, scheduled the repairs and completed the work earlier than their estimate of 3 weeks, so less than 4 weeks total. They communicated the status of things and responded to my inquiries promptly via text and email which helped with my planning for being without my car. Shawn gave me a tour of their facility which I found impressively clean and organized. The repairs were very well done and I’m completely satisfied. If you ever find yourself being rammed by a stolen camper van, this is the place to take your car for repairs!

Kingston Collision is by far the most capable body shop in Kingston. I had gotten into an accident in May and my Insurance Company recommended a body shop to me. I took their advice and a few weeks later my car looked “new” to me. Little did I know that their “quality work and service” were actually a lie. After months of fighting with my insurance company, Kingston Collision stepped in and gave me advice as well as what they would do to repair my car back to pre-collision standards. Finally in October my car was returned to me by Kingston Collision and I was very impressed by the work they did, not only did they repair my car but they also kept me up to date throughout the process and fought for me. They let me know of the previous errors they found in the repairs done to my car and addressed them, going over and above what I expected of them. Shawn was very helpful and is a great man to have with during the process. I am grateful for the work that Kingston Collision has done and am very pleased with their workmanship and quality of work. The before photos show the poor work done by the previous body shop and included are photos of the car fresh out of the shop and photo ready. Thank you to the team at Kingston Collision for being an amazing group of people, caring for others when they need it the most!
