Joseph was exceptional. Great service and advice very knowledgeable. His friendly nature is a pick me up if you're having a bad day. Glad I was recommended to go there.

This store is OUTSTANDING!! Rob, the manager, helped me locate a hard-to-find part for my Samsung Galaxy, and then repaired my phone quickly for a very fair price. I'm EXTREMELY satisfied with this store -- and especially Rob. I can't recommend them enough. Anybody who complains about this store is a malcontent. They wouldn't be happy if the Son of God -- Jesus Christ Himself -- fixed their stuff. This is a great place to do business.

What a gteat experience with this company. My speaker was busted. They ordered the part and it was in within a couple of days. They took less than 2 hours to fix it and it works great! Customer service was top notch the whole time. Highly recommend!

Walked in, told the gentleman my issue, fixed it’s in less than 30 seconds! In and out in less than 5 minutes! Thank you so much! Hopefully no more issues, but I know where to go if anything happens!

I think these guys do a great job. I brought in a Samsung S8 tablet had some dark pixel damage and they were able to fix it at a really good price and relatively quickly during the busy Christmas season. The first screen turned out to be damaged when I bought it from Amazon but the second screen worked out perfectly. I had mistakenly bought the screen before I contacted them but they agreed to go ahead and work on it because the first screen was damaged and the previous manager decided to work on it. They didn't have to do that but they decided to help me out anyways. I appreciate their service and their kindness. Just remember that they prefer to work on the screens that they purchased themselves so they can make sure they get the right ones. Understandable.
