Called got someone from states. Said the local rental would contact me. Never heard back at all. No stars from me!

I am an unsatisfied customer that spent nearly ten thousand dollars renting stuff from these guys. They claim stuff and charge your card without informing you about it.
I absolutely do not recommend using these people or their services.
Enterprise is cheaper and a better service

Great service at Herc's. They always do their best to find the equipment we need, even when there is a shortage. Well cared for equipment that doesn't break the bank.

If I could give more stars I would! Incredibly friendly and very knowledgable staff answered all my questions and provided expert advice making a daunting task exceptionally easy!! They have fair pricing and great equipment. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!! Thank you Todd and everyone over at Herc Rentals!!

Have rented from Herc's several times. Although they dont offer short term rentals (24 hours only) I had rented an auger for the day and ended up not being able to collect on a job and finished early. They refunded me half my rental fee which was very appreciated. Great customer service. Quality tools.
