CX is great. Omnia from the leasing office has been super friendly, understanding, and helpful to me and my roommate. She's very professional and makes the renting experience smooth and easy. I really appreciate her support!!

i had an amazing experience with omnia throughout my apartment hunting process! she’s so down to earth & she really did go over & beyond to ensure that things got done, especially with me working with tight deadlines. i would say that turnaround time could definitely have been just a tad bit quicker but asides that? it was good experience overall.

I had a wonderful experience moving into CX, and I especially want to thank Kristal for all of her help throughout the process.

Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and it truly made a positive first impression of the building. Thank you again, Kristal, for your patience, kindness, and dedication. I really appreciate everything you've done and highly recommend working with her!

I wanted to love this building because the units are nice, but the security failures are impossible to ignore. There is frequent homeless loitering in the common areas and entranceways, creating an environment that feels insecure for residents.

We attempted to reach the building’s emergency line to report a concern and were left on hold for 20 minutes without any response. This is a massive liability and gives me zero confidence that management would be there in the event of a true life-safety emergency. Until the building addresses access control and fixes their communication systems, I cannot recommend living here.
