I bought an NZXT kraken 360 elite, I ordered it and when it arrived I installed it like I have many times before with other coolers, this one made a horrible noise, like a rattle or small marbles, I reached out to NZXT and they made sure to let me know how inconvenient it would be for me to return it or exchange it, told me all about how long it would take and sounded sad, I asked them if it would just be easier to return through amazon, after days of no response they just agreed, NZXT said it would be easier and faster to do that, they did not care about my issue they just did not want to deal with me, I returned it to amazon and exchanged it for another Kraken 360 and the noise was worse, knowing again I followed all the troubleshooting steps, shook the pump like they say blah blah blah nothing worked, now im running an asus cooler after returning both nzxt krakens, very poor products with even worse customer service from NZXT.

Got a response after 6 MONTHS and a request for an RMA number I have long since lost.

**BEWARE** Fraudulent company. They do not honor their warranties. I purchased a very expensive Kraken 360 cooling device. The product stopped working after 10 months. I have the original box, serial number, and proof of purchase. Their customer service team is demanding that I go through hoops to reconnect the broken device just to take screenshots to prove to them that it stopped working. I use my PC for work, I refuse to reconnect a broken device to my now working PC. They know it's an enormous pain to reconnect something like this. I'm considering a lawsuit.

Ordered a custom pre built about 2.5 years ago, it’s been great I got it before the prices went crazy luckily and it’s still amazing will definitely use them again once I decide to upgrade.

Absolute waste of time and money. I spent over $4,300 on a “custom” PC just to deal with months of back-and-forth emails, repeated troubleshooting, and multiple repair shipments.

The PC experienced recurring hardware failures including unexpected power loss, failure to POST/start, and ongoing instability issues. Over time, the company replaced multiple major components including the motherboard, processor, GPU, and CPU cooler in attempts to fix the system. Despite all of these replacements and rebuilds, I continued experiencing issues and ongoing inconvenience.

The cherry on top was receiving the PC back with a completely different motherboard that required a different Wi-Fi setup, but without the proper accessories or replacement cables included. I later received an “accessory box” containing only a Wi-Fi connector by itself, which honestly felt ridiculous considering everything this system has already been through. Update: they sent me the same wifi connector that I said was incompatible. And after i sent a picture of my wifi connectors on my motherboard—which they requested.

The company repeatedly acknowledged hardware faults and continued repairs, yet the entire process felt disorganized and poorly handled from start to finish. After months of issues, downtime, shipping the PC back and forth, and wasting hours troubleshooting a supposedly premium custom PC, I was offered a $50 store credit.

For a premium-priced custom PC company, I expected far better quality control, communication, and customer support. What a joke—scam really.

Computer stopped working a few months after I bought it. The customer service rep, Ash, did not provide crucial information that the computer had to be shipped back to them for warranty repair with the original packaging, and if you didn't have that you had to purchase packaging from them, or it voids the warranty. None of this was explained, they tried to void our warranty, but we argued with them until they admitted we were right. After this was just a series of ridiculous events. They "repaired" the computer and sent in back unworking. We questioned them on what they did and they said they installed a new motherboard and gpu, but that they did NOT TEST THOSE PARTS IN MY DEVICE. They tested the newly installed parts in *another* machine to confirm they worked, put them inside my computer and DIDN'T CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT WAS FIXED, then shipped it back to me. Anyone who has ever repaired anything knows that you test the new parts you installed. We sent it back to them and they "fixed" it again, but we were never able to verify this as they shipped my computer to the wrong address. I had made it clear when I opened the initial RMA that I had moved since I purchased the computer. They sent it to my previous address and for several days no one knew where it was. At this point we demanded a refund and they said that they could not issue a refund until they received the device back at their shop, even though the current situation was entirely their fault. I wound up emailing their CEO whose email address can be found on their website. I detailed everything we had gone through with his company and the following day I received my refund. This company is incompetence personified.
