Made a few purchases over the years...washer/dryer, fridge, etc.
Everything works ok. Fridge is noisy.
Not the friendliest service but I guess for discounted prices (check around, Rick's isn't always that cheap BTW) what do you expect?

We've bought several appliances from Rick's over the years, both new and used. We have always received great service, a great price and have NEVER had a problem there. Once, when our freezer broke down late on a Saturday afternoon and even though it was right at closing time, they got right on it and delivered us a new freezer in about an hour. Their quick action saved over $400 worth of our frozen (meats, fruit, veggies, etc.) from going bad - now that's customer service at its best and Rick's got my thumbs up forever!
I'm convinced you can't go wrong dealing with these pros!

Purchased a new factory scratch & dent Washer & Dryer from Rick's Appliance. Good price, good service would recommend checking them out when looking for appliances.
