Wow, I am so happy we called them. Kevin was able to do a service call the same afternoon that I called. Unfortunately the water tank needed to be replaced, but he double checked if it was still under warranty for me (it was not), then he even managed to pick up a new tank and have it installed the same day - all with a friendly and professional manner. We will use them for our house and business going forward and we will recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you!!

We needed to have our bathtub faucet replaced and Kevin was very professional from first point of contact. We live in a strata building and all documentation required for a water shut-off was also met.

They were on time the day of the work, was very professional and efficient and the final bill was within the estimate we agreed upon.

Thank you very much Kevin and partner for your kind service. So happy to finally find a good and honest plumber. You are definitely highly recommended and we will hire you again for our next plumbing needs.
