I recently acquired a new Frigidaire refrigerator and like everything about it except for the flimsy wire shelves. The shelves not only bow in the middle, but everything you want to put in the fridge has to be strategically placed or it will fall over taking other things with it. This became very exasperating so I called Trail appliances and they finally consented to getting me new shelves. After a few weeks I was excited to get my new shelves, but alas they were the same thing and I still had the same problem. The lady that I spoke to in Customer Service could not have cared less about me or my problem , she was not understanding at all and I felt like she was saying "we have our money for the fridge, now go away". I did get one suggestion, and that was the phone number to Frigidaire so that I could order new shelves and pay for them myself. After a purchase is the time to show the public that your business has great customer service and that you can be sympathetic and understanding when a customer has a problem. Everyone that has seen my shelves (believe me I show them to everybody) has said the same thing, "those would drive me crazy". So I am stuck with these shelves and will have to spend my own money to fix a problem that I did not create, so I need to say I am very unhappy with what I received. I just wish that the lady I spoke to in Customer Service could have put herself in my position and been a little more understanding. Thank you for listening.
