We ordered a built in jenn-air combo oven/microwave and a new glass top cooktop.

It took 2 months to even get the product delivered, given lots of excuses, 4 different deadlines.

When it finally got here, the installer told us the cooktop needed the glasstop burners, which we would have to purchase separately for another $500.00. I was flabbergasted, considering we spent almost $7k for what we had.

All I got was "sorry" and a discount on the glass top cartridge from $500.00 to $380.00. Whoopie!!

I will hold them to the 5 year extended warranty we purchased, but I will not buy anything there again.

We were dissatisfied with both sales and delivery service.
Salesman forgot to credit us with airmiles at time of sale.
Fridge door came with marks on it
Delivery guys wanted an extra $20 bucks to remove doors of fridge-something we were not informed about ahead of delivery
