Mr. Mazen Assaf, a Jordanian who was born and raised in Kuwait and got his education in the States. He was passionate about food and cooking while he was studying and then he was laid-off from his engineering position here in G.P. when the economy got really bad. After a lot of challenges Tito's Bistro & Cafe' was born again and kept growing in popularity among the Grande Prairie ethnic food lovers.
