Mike was absolutely phenomenal. We were very particular when house hunting due to health conditions that are exacerbated by certain environmental exposures. Mike was always very patient with us and was also very willing to learn about how to spot exposures or what could increase the risk of exposures. Once my wife and I decided we were going to sell the house - one of the early steps was finding just the right realtor. We interviewed a handful of people and chose to work with Cathy. The reason being, we felt "comfortable" with her. She was very gregarious and chock full of experience. She was also very confident, but not cocky - which is a turn off.
