Ayant voulu encourager les commerces locaux, j’ai achete de Corbeil et je le regrette amerement. J’ai un litige avec Whirlpool et Corbeil ne veut meme pas echanger ma cuisiniere (fonctionnant normalement selon Whirlpool) contre un modele de plancher. J’ai offert differentes options afin de prouver le mauvais fonctionnement mais autant Whirlpool que Corbeil refusent d’accepter ces options et d’admettre le probleme. Un technicien independant a releve des mesures de temperature qui montre le probleme mais Whirlpool refuse l’evidence. Je suis donc pris avec cet appareil. Mes prochains achats seront chez Cosco. Ils auraient deja repris l’appareil dans les 90 jours (J’avais rapporte le probleme dans les 30 jours..)

Don't waste your time or money trying to deal with Corbeil during the pandemic. If you're desperate for a new appliance (fridge in my case), they really make you think they will accommodate you. I was so grateful, especially as 2 healthcare workers living over here, we really needed this to be fast and efficient......but instead the delivery guys were so unprofessional, broke apart my old fridge, broke the cabinet next to the fridge, then complained the fridge was too tight AFTER making a huge mess, and left without taking my old fridge or assembling the new fridge. I gave Corbeil every chance to rectify the situation, but when they called, they not only didn't apologize, they told me I had been screwed over by the contractor who I begged to come and install the fridge for me.

I bought the GE GTW485ASJWS washing machine and I'm happy I did. The service rep recommended it to me since it was only $20 more than the one I was looking at but with so many more features. It's fantastic. The delivery guys called an hour before they would be here, they were in and out like lightning and were great to talk to and answered any questions I had. Great job all around.

Everything to do with the purchase and delivery was excellent.

The only criticism we had was that neither the dryer manufacturer or Corbeils were able to provide an up to date user manual for the product purchased. Instead a generic 2009/2010 manual was supplied which could have been for a gas or electric model. We purchased the electric model.

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Corbeil for the first time. They are courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. Our salesperson was Paul Keenan and I would strongly recommend anyone dealing with the Iris St. location to ask for him. He knows his products. I had occasion to go back to the store shortly after our purchase to show our purchases to a friend, found that the items were on sale and Paul kindly refunded the difference to us. Our delivery date has been set for late April and I look forward to same courteous service at that time. Well done Corbeil - you live up to your advertisement.

It remains our go to for appliances store. AND they take away the old plus packaging at no cost.

Over the years, we have bought several home appliances from Corbeil and have and nothing but positive experiences from the sales staff to the delivery staff and installation.

We were recently in the market for a new kitchen range but unsure whether to get an electric ring stove, a smooth top or a gas stove. We dealt with sales specialist Paul Keenan and, after visiting four times, finally settled on a gas stove .We found Paul knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He even introduced us to the store manager who has a similar stove to the one we eventually purchased for any additional information that he could provide.

We would definitely recommend this store for any appliance need and would recommend Paul as a helpful, interested and patient salesperson.

First purchase was a fridge and stove for our cottage, efficient sales, perfect choice, free delivery 130km from Ottawa, up a flight of steps to the deck, installed in the kitchen plus they removed and took away the old units. Efficient, no issues, no problems, very satisfied. This time our 27 yr old freezer quit on Sunday full of food. Sunday afternoon at Corbeil on Iris, Nick was pleasant, very informative and helpful, answered all of my questions with a smile. The price was right at $160 less than on the web or other suppliers. I was thrilled when he said delivery would be the next day, (as the food was in hampers outside in the shed as it was -10C and would be warmer in the next couple of days). In 15 minutes he had a sale and I was happy. Monday lunch the freezer was delivered, the delivery guys really know what they are doing, carefully down to the basement taking care of the product not to damage it. Then removing the old unit with the same care. Very efficient and pleasant. Good sales and good delivery personnel make a happy satisfied customer! Thank you Corbeil staff.

Paul Keenan was the salesman and I think he did a good job.
I will recommend him and the store and the delivery people.
I have one recommendation: the appliance codes are known by the sales people only at the beginning of the process. I recommend that they ask the question: how long have your appliances been in place or some quiry that informs your customer that codes change and consequently some changes might be necessary e.g. gas lines, clearances, appropriate materials etc. The added costs, the aggravation and the shock that my home wasn't up to code was unnecessary if some hints were supplied in advance. I will be telling all my freinds and acquaintances about installing new appliances and the implications of the changes.

My freezer unfortunately died after just over 1 year. BUT corbeil really came through for me. Susan administered the whole exchange, was very pleasant and understanding and now I have my new freezer. The delivery staff were also outstanding in making sure that all went smoothly with the removal our old appliances and delivery of the new ones. My companion and myself needed to buy a stove, we went into the store when it was obvious they were short staffed. This grey haired woman came up to us and told us right off that she was not a sales person but that she would try to help us as best she could. She was asked us a bunch of questions about what type of cooking we did which surprised us. We never considered that before. Then she asked us about color, style etc. She constantly was reminding us that she was not in sales but in customer service so we started to ask her questions about the different service issues for the different models that she was showing us. She was up front and honest about it the different coverage for our area as we live outside of the city in Almonte. It was different, but nice for a change. Someone that we felt was not pushy and told it like it was. We bought what she recommended and we have enjoyed the range ever since. She might not be in sales, and might not be comfortable with it, but she is definitely not afraid of it. Good job, and we will be back to buy that fridge when we need it.

We purchased an LG range from Cobeil this morning for $949.99 and as I had go to Home Depot anyway I thought i would check the price there. They had the exact same model for $1249.99 which did not include delivery or financing. Of course they offord to match the price + 10% but I couldn‘t imagine going through that hassle. Why could they not have offered it for the lower price in the first place? Just saying.
