I called to see if it was possible to order in a certain type of frame and instantly I received an attitude from the sales associate. Although she offered to "look for it in the back" I didn't feel like I was a priority.

I've shopped at Lenscrafters for more than 10 years. My current glasses developed a "rough spot" on the plastic nose piece which made them too uncomfortable to wear. Lenscrafters was unable to repair or replace or help in any way. The on duty manager offered to phone other stores for a replacement pair with a promise to call by the end of the day. No call and no help. The lenses were also scratched at the one year point in spite of wearing them only for going out and cleaning only with a proper eyeglass cloth and spray in so this particular pair turned out to be not very durable. These glasses cost about $900. so not so easily replacable.Will try Costco!

I have been to lenscrafters in other cities, and am extremely dissapointed with their customer service at the St. Vital Mall store, Winnipeg. The general manager of the store was rude, yelled at me and treated me with extreme disrespect. I am appalled that a franchise with reputable service would tolerate such ill mannered "general manager" in their store.
