I came thru this rally's at 742pm and waited almost 45 minutes later because they forgot one sandwich, after already waiting 15 minutes for my order, the employees decided it would be a better idea to argue and yell at each other instead of getting order out, by the time I left there was 8 other cars parked waiting for food. The food I ordered was cold and soggy when i finally did get home to eat it, it was a very bad experience and unprofessional behavior, if possible I would like a refund for my order.

We hadn't had Rally's in years. This location was a great experience! The girl who took our order was nice. I got the Sour Dough Double Melt. It was so good! The french fries are always yummy. And I *love* the banana shakes! We will be back!

Bad experience at 10th St location. The drive thru personal didn't know the sale special 2/$3 on spicy 🔥 chicken they charged me $5 each. I was overwhelmed with the attitude when I questioned it, the I had an old receipt to show them what the Kentucky street and Lynhurst stores charged.
Then on top of they took chicken out of the warmer re dropped it back into the grease trying to fool customers to thinking it's Freshly cooked .. but it's Freshly old over cooked!

Everyone there is so nice and friendly-with the exception of Manager Duane. They made my sandwich incorrectly yesterday, I called within 15 minutes of picking up my order to let them know. No problem, bring your receipt back and we’ll replace it. Cool. Not even 36 hours later, my husband decides Rally’s sounds good so we head over. He takes my receipt from yesterday and goes up to the walk up window. Duane was rude and dismissive of him (he had been sitting down to eat in the back office when he was called to the front to handle the remake, which clearly upset him) and said I had never called after scrolling the caller ID on the phone that had likely been in many hands in between me calling and arriving. And mind you, this is all over a $1.99 burger, not even one of their more expensive sandwiches.

Really disappointed in our experience today at this Rally's location. The customer service was extremely poor - the cashier was very rude. We asked if we were able to have our burger warmed because it came out cold, and his response was "they don't have a way to do that." He was upset that we asked and that we didn't use the microphone (we went to the window), but it didn't work the first time we ordered. So strange! Here is a picture of the cold burger.
