Bought glasses, he did not explain how much it would cost and later claimed that he quoted only for lens and not frame. Is a business not supposed to tell what the full price will be to a customer. I had my doubts about the testing as well and was right. The lens are no good and a waste of my $200 which I thought was way too steep. He said he just assumed that I insurance would cover it and did not think it was necessary to give me the full price...what??nHe had already charged my insurance so did not cancel.
