If not for the uppity female receptionists I'd give this business more stars. I've been seeing a Dr here for many years. Every time I go in, these two receptionists get more snobby and aloof. They look like twins, they're copying each other's 'looks' (50-60 year old disgruntled grandmas) not to mention their snobby and aloof demeanour. What possesses a person to act this way? Even the top neurosurgeon in Canada doesn't deserve to act 'holier than thou' like you two do. Time to bring yourselves down a number of notches and act like receptionists are supposed to act: like they enjoy SERVING PEOPLE and are kind and trustworthy with private information. Not like a couple of snobs. Check your egos, you are just receptionists. Nobody gives a crap who you THINK or wish you are.
