The nozzle/tip came off from the 30’ hose for the MetroVac that I bought on Amazon.
Thanks to Ai I was able to thread it back together by turning the hose counter clockwise into the fitting/nozzle.
Also I discovered through Ai that MetroVac has replacement parts for their hoses they sell on their website.
I contacted MetroVac that night and the next morning they had already returned my inquiry.
I highly recommend the Master Blaster Revolution, it has a lot of power because it has two motors therefore you can turn it on from low or high with one or both switches.
Just be careful not to use it on glass or the windshield of your car if you sprayed any kind of drying aid because the warm air will bake the drying aid/Caranuba Wax onto the surface of the glass and create haze which is hard to remove. Although there are solutions, & I found that out from Ai also. Ai is Awesome, I use it for all of the detailing questions I have. She knows everything!
Hope this helps.

I use their blowers for pet grooming, they are all excellent products! And their repair service is top notch too! After years of being a real workhorse for me, my 220v double motor 4 + 4 Air Force Commander blower needed new brushes. I tried to replace them myself, as it is easy to do in other models. I broke a wire trying to remove the brushes and had to send the unit in for repair. They replaced the brushes, the damaged motor, seals and credited me for the brushes I had already purchased and sent extra motor filters too! The service was very thorough, prompt and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend sending this particular model to them for brush replacement rather that doing it yourself.

I've been using their VNB-83BA VAC N BLO almost daily for approaching 20 years. It's amazing, but has started having issues.
They said that I can send it in for repair with a ridiculously low labor cost or I can do it myself.
The repair is complete and extremely thorough; and was a lot less expensive (labor + parts) than I thought it would be.
Pure customer service in action; with a GREAT product as a bonus. They could have easily tried to sell me a new one, but didn't even try!!! Sincerely the best.

I bought the 12V electric inflator/deflator pump as an option with my boat and only used it a handful of times to inflate a tube. It already stopped working properly and is now a useless paperweight. I reached out to customer service and was told I’d have to pay to ship it in, pay to get it back, and pay for any repairs if it can even be fixed. The only other solution they offered was to buy another one. Seriously? For a product that barely got used? Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I expected more from this pump and from this company.

Vacuums and customer service need work. ESD safe computer blow vacuum broke and shorted out after 2 years of light residential use and electrical joints appear similar to the twist-type with a metal crimp instead of more robust solder joints. ESD wrist strap was discovered to have no continuity. Had to solder the connection. Reassembly was a PITA, handle bolt is almost impossible to reassemble due to a floating nut in the housing. Two body bolts won't go back in and I honestly can't figure out why or see where their corresponding nuts are. "Customer service" wants you to pay to ship everything back to them, told me to buy a new wrist strap when it's clearly defective. If you buy this, make sure you check all grounds from the plug ground to the body grounds and make sure it's truly "grounded," including their provided wrist straps.
