We had an amazing experience with GoodVans! After getting quotes from over 10 companies, we chose them because they were competitively priced, completely transparent, and showed immense integrity. They even refused to install a subpar, seemingly used supplier skylight, opting to come back days later to finish the job perfectly.

Their crew was highly professional, wore proper safety gear, and cleaned up the site every single evening (including running a magnet over the driveway for nails).

Communication was incredible. Arvin always anticipated our questions and sent updates before we even had to ask. Huge thanks to Arvin, Lee, Norina and crew. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We did extensive research and received quotes from close to a dozen companies before deciding to work with GoodVans. (It wasn't intentional to get that many quotes—it just happened to work out that way!)

Even after we decided to work with GoodVans, I went back and forth with them many times to complete my due diligence and ensure we were working with a reputable, honest company.

Each time, Lee and Arvin replied with complete transparency, lots of detail, and importantly, no pressure or sales tactics. I was consistently impressed with their thorough, thoughtful answers.

The majority of my messages to them were sent before we committed to our quote or paid them a dime. There was no guarantee that we would work with them, yet they were always patient and happy to answer all my tough questions without hesitation.

I was already impressed and pleased with GoodVans before they even started on our project, then the actual reroofing work left us even more impressed. Their crew was exceedingly polite, courteous, and hard working and the work they completed was high quality and well done.

Arvin kept in regular contact with us and our neighbour (we got both of our roofs done at the same time) and sent us photos of the progress every 1-3 days. This was not expected but much appreciated!

Arvin and his team also put a lot of extra time into helping us save hundreds on our skylights. They also opted to wait on a new skylight to come in so that we wouldn't be given one that appeared to have been used and returned to their supplier.

This meant they had to come back a couple of days later to finish installing it, but they still chose to do that. This was just more proof to me of their integrity and commitment to good service and quality work.

To top it all off, GoodVans was very competitively priced, coming in lower than everyone else! We could not have asked for a better experience. Every single team member was such a pleasure to work with and obviously took pride in their job.

We would highly recommend GoodVans for your roofing project. They proved to be as reputable, hard working, and high quality as we'd hoped—and then exceeded our expectations! Thanks again Arvin, Lee, Norina, and your work crew for a job well done and the best reroofing experience!

GoodVans Roofing helped replaced the roof of a 100 yeasr old house. The price is very reasonable and the communcation channel is always open.The workers on site are polite. Garbages are cleaned promptly. The job completed without surprise. I am happy with GoodVans and would use them again.

Arvin used a drone to inspect my leaky roof, for free, and reassured me that it needed only a small repair and not a replacement. The work was done on time and looks great, and I was very impressed by the thorough clean up job. You could hardly tell they were there! Afterwards, they sent pictures showing the problems they found and how they fixed them. I'm extremely happy with the service and will use them in the future.

Dealing with GoodVans Roofing was a great experience. They listened to what we wanted to do and offered a few different options to meet our needs. My property manager coordinated roofing trades to quote removing an old roof and a new one. After contacting several roofing companies, we found the details, pricing and service offered from GoodVans Roofing to be competitive with good follow up from their project manager, Arvin.
He handled the construction questions and concerns that I had. The on site crew was polite and courteous the entire time. It was a sudden surprise, rain hiccup while installing the new shingles, but Arvin followed up and handled it.
A longer shingle warranty was chosen as per the photos the project manager took after the roof was finished. I noted two areas where they added an extra edge flashing that wasn’t in the contract, but no charge. They quoted three old layers of removal, but there was an older fourth layer underneath. The cost of the added removal and dump charge was detailed and noted. The fellows at GoodVans, do good service work and follow up and I will refer them for future.
