I would suggest going with another Builder, Highly recommend going with a local builder who will stay behind their product or even someone like celebration stands behind their products better. Just outside a year and my entire downstairs basically flooded and electrical wires cut for my floodlights with no explanation.

We recently represented the buyers for a home that Katie Garrison had listed for her sellers. She was truly amazing to work with. A+ communication and kindness while still diligently representing her clients and their best interests. Katie is, hands-down, one of our favorite agents we’ve ever worked with!

Katie Garrison assisted us through the entire home buying process. She was great - responsive, listened to our needs and always was willing to help. We are so thankful for her assistance. We are very excited for our new Barlow home and would highly recommend Katie and Barlow constructed homes.

I had an excellent experience with this company. They were professional, punctual, and followed through exactly as promised. It’s rare these days to find a business that delivers on every detail, but they truly did. I appreciate the great communication and the quality of their work, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

We absolutely love our Barlow Home!! The buying process was seamless and as stress free as it gets. What you get is quality construction and craftsmanship with a custom home feel from top to bottom. They truly roll out the red carpet for you. We've now lived in the home for over a year and the One Year Warranty process was handled extremely efficiently. If we ever move, we would choose Barlow again, without a doubt!
