Don't have enough good things to say about this place. Haven't had new glasses in over 6 years, we went in and were offered one on one customer service with the friendly staff. Got to choose a great new frame for a reasonable price and better yet they had the lenses in stock and cut them and fit the frames within 20 minutes so we got to walk out with our new frames! Shopping with toddlers in tow isn't always easy but this was great! Thanks Eyeview we will definitely return when we are in need of more! Thanks!

I have been buying contacts and glasses here for many years. The service is always friendly, and they go above and beyond to make sure I have the right fit for both contacts and glasses. I will continue to do business here and recommend it to everyone.

I got glasses for myself, fiancee and 8 year old son. We're all pretty picky and took a while to make our choice but everyone was so nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend going to this location. They even fixed my favorite oakleys for a very good price :)

Although we do apologize that you had a bad experience at another establishment ... the place you are referencing and that h as DR. Richmond is "Highland Optical" which is up the street from us. We however at Eyeview would be happy to help you on your next eyewear purchase.

Avoid this place if you can. The lady has tons of attitude... and the prices are way too expensive compared to others. We have been getting our eye checked with Dr. Richmond for years who now serves at this location in Kitchener,ON. So thought about buying my prescription from this location, but overall very unsatisfied.

I apologize for your dissatisfaction ... however Dr. Richmond does not work here at Eyeview Optical. He is at" Highland Optical" which is up the street and I believe this is the establishment your were referencing.

I've had glasses since i was a kid, and this has been the best experience i've ever had buying them. the lady there took lots of time helping me choose frames, and didn't even get impatient even though i am very indecisive and was there for 45 minutes! they fit great and i paid so much less than what my parents always paid for me! if you don't know where to go, try this place first, they don't pressure you and treat you like a real person!

I found the cutest glasses at Eyeview Optical in Kitchener. Their 3 for 1 special was amazing - all of the glasses were actually designers but at the non designer price. I have received so many compliments on my choices. The staff were very helpful in assisting me in selecting frames. Thank you for a great experience and I will tell everyone about you guys.
