My husband and I are so happy we chose VK Renovations for our small bathroom renovation. It was our first renovation ever and Voya was so helpful from start to finish. He was quick to respond when we needed guidance on deciding all the different hardware, appliances, tiles, etc. We always had lots of questions and he was very patient and answered them all. Voya and Milo were very respectful of our home and our puppy loved seeing them every day. They completed the job in 8 business days! Voya has been so kind to check in with us to make sure everything is working and to our liking. Thank you Voya and Milo for our beautiful new bathroom!!

The owner, Voya offered practical solutions on the layout and materials, showed up on time every day and fully cleaned the surrounding area on completion. Voya and his team did an amazing job transforming my master bath into a modern, clean space. Voya was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—he shared links for tile, vanity options, lighting, and more, making every decision easy. All I told him was that I wanted something clean-looking, and he took care of the rest. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be using him again for any future bathroom renovations. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable also!

VK Renovations was fantastic. Very pleased with their efficiency (finished a full bathroom reno and upstairs laundry addition in one week)! Other contractors told us up to 3 months.

The quote was very reasonable for the amount of work required and they even came in under at the end.

VK Renovation quoted only for their work and had us order and shop for everything we wanted. I am sure this is a big reason why they can finish up a reno so quickly, because they do not have to worry about ordering, pick up/delivery, etc. We loved this as it gave us more freedom to purchase exactly what we wanted at the price-point we wanted. Once everything was delivered to our home, we booked the reno time with VK.

They went the extra mile to save us money
by using our garage as storage for debris and tools so they did not need to rent a construction bin (saving us between $300-$500). Worth it for us to give up our garage for a week.

Both Voya (owner) and Milo (work partner) were professional, quick, provided quality work, and were detail oriented. They arrived when they said they would and kept us informed on progress all the way along.

We highly recommend them for any reno project and plan to use them in the future for further renos.

Voya and Milo did great job with our two bathrooms. We tried both after they completed the work and found no issues. They installed tiles, bathtub, shower cabinet, fixtures, vanities, paint, and miscellaneous. We wanted somethng simple and practical and Voya helped us to choose supplies and fixtures. He send us links so we can take a look and decide. After their work, they cleaned everything nicely. I recommend VK Renovation to all who want quality work done in their home.
