My Husband and I had very unpleasant experience with Shanna Optica recently. The professional advice was not genuine but rather targeting increasing the cost regardless of the medical condition. We had to request product replacement as the "expensive progressive lenses" delivered totally did not work for us. It felt like a scam as these expensive lenses were replaced by much cheaper reading lenses in the market and a refund was declined. The service and customer treatment received from Shanna were below expectation and often she was confrontational and argued most of the time and even sometime she was rude. The first visit was welcoming, but only until the full payment was made, then we saw the other and true side of her. It took a lot of effort and multiple follow-ups to convince her to provide specifications and warranty terms for the products received. I do not recommend this store.
